COPYRIGHT ROYALTY JUDGES ANNOUNCE DETERMINATION ON RATES IN WEB IV PROCEEDING

Today, the Copyright Royalty Judges are announcing webcasting royalty rates in the Web IV rate-setting proceeding for the years 2016–20. The rates are available at www.loc.gov/crb.

The Judges are also delivering their complete written determination to the Register of Copyrights for her statutory review and to the participants in the proceeding so they may determine which portions, if any, contain confidential information that must be redacted from the version that will be released to the public.

COPYRIGHT ROYALTY JUDGES INVITE COMMENTS ON MOTION FOR PARTIAL DISTRIBUTION OF ROYALTY FUNDS (FR 80 78252)

The Copyright Royalty Judges are soliciting comments on a motion by Independent Producers Group (IPG) for a partial (0.20 percent) distribution of 2004–09 cable royalties and 2000–09 satellite royalties.
