COPYRIGHT ROYALTY JUDGES ANNOUNCE PROCEEDING TO ADJUST CABLE ROYALTY RATES (80 FR 35403)

The Copyright Royalty Judges have commenced a proceeding to adjust the rates for the cable statutory license in section 111 of the Copyright Act. Parties wishing to participate must file a petition and a filing fee no later than July 20, 2015. For details, go to www.loc.gov/crb/fedreg.
