Reports of Note:

- The Asian Development Bank released a new edition of Key Indicators for Asia and the Pacific 2012, containing the most up-to-date economic, financial, social and environmental indicators for the 48 regional members of the bank.  The new edition highlights green urbanization projects in Asia and the role of FDI in the rapid urbanization process.
- KMPG International released a report Global Rewards Within Reach, a survey of mid-sized multinational companies in the Americas.  The report focuses on how mid-sized corporations are pursuing global expansion.  An interesting finding in the report is that when mid-sized companies assess whether to expand globally and invest in foreign ventures, market opportunities and market size weighs more heavily in the decision than cost savings.
- Ernst & Young released Capturing the Momentum, the 2012 attractiveness survey for Brazil.  The report found that Brazil is the most attractive destination in Latin America, receiving the votes of 7 out of 10 business leaders as the country in which they would most likely establish a business.  The report also states that while industrial progress has been hindered in Brazil in recent years, the real future for FDI and their economy is in manufacturing.
