Maritime Solutions in Brazil

Are you interested in an excellent opportunity to promote your Maritime Solutions to buyers, distributors, and government procurement officials in Brazil?

The U.S. Commercial Service's Made In America Showcase will be held virtually Winter/Spring 2025. Selected participants will be given an opportunity to share a virtual presentation of their Maritime Solutions to buyers, distributors, and procurement professionals in Brazil. Only a select number of U.S. companies will be showcased. The selected companies will present their solutions to buyers, distributors and procurement officials through a live virtual event from their office or home.

Brazilian maritime associations invited will include but are not limited to: Brazilian Association of Shipyards (SINAVAL) and Brazilian Association of Blue Economy Companies (ABEEMAR).

Why Brazil? 

Brazil has one of the largest and most diverse maritime sectors in Latin America, driven by its extensive coastline and strategic position in global trade. The country’s maritime economy spans shipping, offshore oil and gas, shipbuilding, fishing, and maritime security.

4. Fishing Industry Brazil is a major producer of fish and seafood, requiring a wide range of fishing vessels and equipment.
   Key Products/Services: Fishing vessels (trawlers), cold storage, marine electronics, aquaculture supplies.
5. Maritime Security With a vast and diverse maritime economic activity, Brazil invests in maritime security, including naval patrol vessels, surveillance systems, and cybersecurity.
   Key Products/Services: Surveillance systems, naval defense equipment, emergency response services.
