Join the U.S. Commercial Service in cooperation with Business France North America for this one-day event that will bring together key government and business leaders from the United States and France, playing an active role in supporting global climate change efforts. You will have an opportunity to meet and network with potential French importers and business partners. U.S. States and French Regions will also provide insights on their clean technology business and investment opportunities. Opening remarks will be provided by Ambassador Philippe Etienne, French Ambassador to the United States, and speakers include representatives from the U.S. and French governments, as well as private sector experts, and U.S. states and French regions.

Brazil Workshop: Integrating Water Quality and Biodiversity Surveys | November 29 - 30, 2022 | Sao Paulo, Brazil & Virtual
The U.S. Embassy in Brazil is organizing a two-day workshop for stakeholders from NOAA, the State of Sao Paulo and industry together to lay the groundwork for the development of an integrated ocean observing system on the coast of Sao Paulo. The project will promote collaboration between existing programs led by government, academia, and society gathering environmental and biological data.
Present your solution to a qualified audience of potential customers: participation includes a one-hour presentation about your company/solution (in-person or virtual), decoration of the event venue with visual material, company logo in event promotion, special recognition, and matchmaking appointments with up to six workshop stakeholders and partners.

Blue & Green Technology Conference | December 7-8, 2022 | Auckland, New Zealand & Virtual
The conference - hosted in Auckland, New Zealand - is the first United States-New Zealand event focused on cleantech innovations and ecosystems to accelerate the transition to a low emissions future. Virtual attendance is available for those unable to join in person.
The conference will create a forum for exchange between United States and New Zealand leaders and companies in the cleantech ecosystem. It will be a rallying point for collaboration and networking between the two countries and within the wider Pacific region. Middle East Clean Tech Trade Mission | March 12-17, 2023 | Saudi Arabia, UAE, Israel, and Qatar
The United States Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration (ITA), is organizing an Executive-Led Clean Tech Trade Mission on March 12-17, 2023 to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Dubai and Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, Tel Aviv, Israel, with an optional stop in Qatar*.
The executive-led trade mission will introduce U.S. companies and trade associations to the United States’ largest trading partners and four of the largest economies in the Middle East, all of whose governments are investing heavily in Clean Tech to contribute to the global fight against climate change and to diversify and develop their economies..
This mission will include customized one-on-one business appointments with pre-screened potential buyers, agents, distributors, and joint venture partners. Key sectors include: water, waste, air pollution control, renewable energy, clean vehicles and transportation, and smart cities.

Guide to Doing Business with the Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs)
The U.S. Department of Commerce’s (USDOC) International Trade Administration (ITA) has a Liaison Officer stationed at five different Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs): the African Development Bank; the Asian Development Bank; the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development; the Inter-American Development Bank; and the World Bank. The MDB program resides in the USDOC’s Advocacy Center and is led by the Senior Commercial Liaison at the World Bank. Each MDB differs from the other in its geographic coverage, emphasis on public vs private projects, and overall development goals.
