U.S. Commercial Service: India's Cyber Security Opportunities, April 5, 2022
International Trade Administration sent this bulletin at 03/23/2022 09:14 AM EDT
India’s cyber security market is growing at an unprecedented rate, with revenues of $9.85 billion in 2021 and expected to reach $13.6 billion by 2025. This uptick is driven by the proliferation of digital transformation, an increased adoption of 5G, an increased remote workforce, and wide scale operations on cloud-based platforms, all of which require the implementation of mature data trust practices. Government and industry are increasingly looking for partners to develop priority solutions around cyber-AI, vulnerability management, data lifecycle management, secure DevOps, and more. For the U.S. and India, there is no better time to collaborate. The growing structural synergies make the two countries natural partners in this space. Several U.S. tech companies in the product and services space are not simply betting big on India’s digital economy, but are also steering their organization’s global cyber mandates to meet this market.
Leading industry sub-sectors driving Cyber Security growth are banking and financial services, information technology, information technology enabled services, and government.
To gauge these opportunities and minimize your risk, join us virtually to hear first-hand from in-country Cyber Security professionals about the industry, and consider our in-person Cyber Security Trade Mission to India, taking place May 23-27, 2022.

Customer's comments
"This was our first trade mission and we did not know what to expect. The event was worth our investment in time and travel, and we will be doing more with the Commerce/Commercial Services organization.
Without the outreach and matchmaking, we would not have been able to have the conversations with the target organizations. We are a small firm, new to the Nordic region. Having the meetings brokered by the Commercial Services group gave us access and credibility we would not have had."
*Fees: $3,200 for SMEs, $6,000 for large firms. $1,000 for additional participant Each additional optional stop: $950 for small firm, $2,300 for medium firm, $3,400 per large firm
*Expenses for travel, lodging, most meals and incidentals will be the responsibility of each mission participant.
