Investment Guide: We Want to Hear From You - Share your FDI expertise in a new SelectUSA resource!

SelectUSA is preparing a guide on investing in the United States that will be posted to SelectUSA.gov and shared as a resource at U.S. embassies and consulates around the world. The guide will be a compilation of short papers that address topics of interest to foreign investors. Technical experts (such as service providers and members of academia) are encouraged to partner with SelectUSA on this project.

"Know Before You Go" Conference Call - December 11 at 1 p.m. EST / 10 a.m. PST

The next "Know Before You Go" conference call is set for this week, December 11 at 1:00 p.m. EST / 10:00 a.m. PST.

These informational calls help U.S. EDOs prepare for the event and include Q&A sessions. Next week's call will cover what's new about next year's Investment Summit and how exhibitors and sponsors can maximize their involvement.

The Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) will host a free webinar on December 11 at 12:00 p.m. EST / 9:00 a.m. PST to go over the latest foreign direct investment (FDI) data. The webinar will include highlights on the latest FDI statistics, activities of majority foreign-owned firms, and new FDI transactions.
