Environmental Technologies Global Team Newsletter - February 2019

Happy 2019 from Your Environmental Technologies Team

Dear U.S. Environmental Technologies Exporters:

As we provide this first newsletter of 2019, our Environmental Technologies Team shares the hope that 2018 was a highly successful year for your international business development efforts.  We were privileged to work with many of you throughout the year.  Whether in individual engagements to provide counseling, market intelligence, customized matchmaking, and commercial diplomacy, or at the many events we supported throughout the year, such as WasteExpo 2018, WEFTEC, IFAT in Germany, and Aquatech/Green Expo in Mexico, our team worked tirelessly to help you access opportunities to sell your products, services, and technologies and speed your access to international markets.

We look forward to continuing to support you in 2019, and hope to expand our work together to help you achieve greater success in the coming year.  As you’ll read in this month’s newsletter, we will be organizing programs to support U.S. exporters at a number of upcoming events, including a March World Bank Procurement Seminar, WasteExpo 2019, a July Water Sector Trade Mission to South Africa, and later this year at events like WEFTEC 2019 and Green Expo in Mexico City.  I encourage you to use our global network of trade professionals to access these and many other growth opportunities for U.S. environmental technologies.  You can contact your local Trade Specialist to learn more about these events and to discuss how we can help make 2019 your most successful year yet.  You are also welcome to reach out to me at ryan.russell@trade.gov  or (412) 644-2817 any time for help in connecting with your local environmental technologies Trade Specialist.  We look forward to hearing from you.
