The U.S. Commercial Service Dallas-Ft Worth office, in collaboration with the North Texas District Export Council and partners, will host The Global Market Connect: Export Finance and Foreign Government Procurement Conference on June 12.

Matthew Quinn, Bell Helicopter Keynote Speaker
Matt is Bell Helicopter's Regional Director for Commercial Business
Development in the Asia-Pacific Region and resides in Dallas/Fort Worth. In
this role, Matt is responsible for market development and major commercial
fleet sales of the 505, 407, 429, 412 and 525 aircraft in this region.
Matt re-joined the Bell Helicopter team
in 2017 with a total of 10 years at Bell. He has 33 years of experience in aerospace both in fixed and rotor
wing. He has worked in Program
Management, Operations, Supply Chain, General Management and Plant Management. During his career, he has had extensive experience
with international commercial/military
sales and operations to include Site Start Ups in multiple countries.
Prior to Bell, Matt worked for companies such as
Smith/GE, Consulting, L-3 Displays, Lockheed Martin and Goodrich to include positions
as General Manager, Plant Manager and Vice President Operations. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science from Purdue
University and an MBA from LeTourneau University. He has been published in Supply Chain Journals
on Partnering for Success.
This conference will bring together experts from both the public and private sectors to discuss resources available to U.S. exporters, especially small and medium-sized enterprises. Additionally, we'll highlight key information on how to finance exports as well as connect companies to foreign government procurement opportunities.
