Phone forums generally last 60 minutes
Continuing Education Credits:
- Enrolled Agents and Enrolled Retirement Plan Agents may earn CE credit for attending the entire phone forum. It‘s also intended to meet the CE requirements for Enrolled Actuaries, but the final decision rests with the Joint Board for the Enrollment of Actuaries. Other professional groups should consult their licensing agencies for acceptability of credit.
- You must register individually and use your own assigned User ID to receive CE credit.
- You must use an individual phone line and attend the entire forum to receive CE credit.
- If you meet the attendance requirement, we’ll email you a Certificate of Completion about a week after the forum.

The IRS.gov website has a new look! Our new look is part of an upgrade that will allow the IRS to deliver services at a faster pace to keep up with demands for online services.
Some navigation menus have changed. To get to the Retirement Plans home page, you can:

go to the “Information For…” link in the top right-hand corner of any IRS.gov page and select Retirement Plans from the drop-down menu;

type http://www.irs.gov/Retirement-Plans into your browser’s address window; or
- enter “Retirement Plans” in the search box.
If you have a technical or procedural question relating to retirement plans, please visit the EP Customer Account Services page in the Retirement section of the IRS.gov Web site.
If you have a specific concern about your retirement plan, call EP CUSTOMER ACCOUNT SERVICES at 1-877-829-5500.
