2024 IRS Research Bulletin (Publication 1500)

The 2024 IRS Research Bulletin (Publication 1500) is now available on SOI's tax stats webpage. The 2024 edition features selected papers from the 14th annual IRS-Tax Policy Center Joint Research Conference on Tax Administration that was held on June 13, 2024, at the Urban Institute in Washington, D.C. The topics covered in the papers include innovations in the use of tax data, tax avoidance, tax audits, and reducing the filing burden. This volume provides access to current tax administration research, which aims to improve tax administration, spark additional research, and increase cooperation between tax administration researchers everywhere.
