Dear IVES Participants,
IRS has corrected the SOR issue but unfortunately we are unable to recover the missing and corrupted transcripts. We are asking that you resend those requests for transactions missing the transcript or transactions with a corrupted/incomplete transcript to your IVES site’s dispute fax line listed below. Please notate the coversheet with “10/28/20 IRS/SOR System Issue” or a similar notation. These requests will be worked ahead of other IVES work and you will be credited for these second requests.
