1.  Check IRS.gov/HCTC for Updated Information about the Health Coverage Tax Credit

IRS.gov/HCTC provides updated guidance for taxpayers who may now be eligible for the HCTC under the Trade Preferences Extension Act of 2015, including what you need to do to claim HCTC for 2014 and what qualifies for 2014, 2015 and 2016 health coverage.  Updates and guidance will be posted to IRS.gov/HCTC as they become available.

Revenue Procedure 2015-44 announces the elimination of the Appeals arbitration program and obsoletes Revenue Procedure 2006-44, 2006-2 C.B. 800, which formally established the Appeals arbitration program.
