Deadline Reminder: Fiscal Year 2025 BPR Non-Competing Continuation for June 1 Budget Period Starts
Budget Period Progress Report (BPR) submissions for Health Center Program award recipients with a June 1 budget period start date are due in HRSA’s Electronic Handbooks (EHBs) by 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, December 27. Technical assistance (TA) materials are available on the BPR TA webpage.
Quarterly 340B Program Registration
Quarterly 340B Program site registration is open from January 1 to 15, 2025. You will be able to register a site that has been verified as implemented and with a site status reflected as “active” in EHBs Form 5B through Friday, February 28, 2025. After that date, the system will close to prepare for the April 1, 2025, start.
Email the 340B Prime Vendor Program or call 888-340-2787 (Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. ET) to register a new site or ask questions. You will need to provide:
- Health center name.
- Site/clinic name.
- Site IDs for all sites.
- HRSA/BPHC grant number.
- Contact name and email.
- Authorizing Official name and email.
The Authorizing Official will receive an email message that the account is unlocked and a registration may be submitted.

HRSA November in Brief
In November, HRSA joined a conference of Medicaid leaders, launched a public awareness campaign for the National Maternal Mental Health Hotline, spoke to a health center in Seattle, led convenings of the Enhancing Maternal Health Initiative in Alabama and Oregon, celebrated National Rural Health Day in Alabama and across the country, and announced new funding for HRSA-funded health centers to support transitions in care for people reentering the community after incarceration. The HRSA-funded National Clinician Consultation Center’s Substance Use Warmline provides free, confidential, real-time guidance to health center clinicians. Experts can advise on managing substance use disorders, prescribing medications for opioid use disorder, and addressing co-occurring conditions. Available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET (except on some holidays), the Warmline is a trusted resource to support you in delivering patient-centered care. Supporting and Understanding Tobacco Cessation Programs in Public Housing Primary Care Webinar Series

New Cervical Cancer Patient Engagement Toolkit for Health Centers
HRSA recently launched a toolkit, “Improving Patient Engagement in Cervical Cancer Prevention: Communication Toolkit for Health Centers and Safety-net Settings of Care.” Use it to improve patient and community engagement. Congenital Syphilis Learning Series
Health Outreach Partners and Migrant Clinicians Network will present a two-session learning series on congenital syphilis.
