FY 2025 NTTAP and FY 2025 PCA NCC Progress Reports
HRSA released the Non-Competing Continuation (NCC) progress report instructions for fiscal year (FY) 2025 NTTAPs and state and regional Primary Care Associations (PCA). We expect the NCC progress reports will be available in HRSA’s Electronic Handbooks (EHBs) on Friday, December 20.
You must submit your progress report by 5:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, February 11, 2025. We must approve your report for you to receive funding for the FY 2025 budget period of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. Visit the NTTAP TA webpage and the PCA TA webpage for the instructions and other TA resources. Submit questions to the NTTAP Response Team or the PCA Response Team via the BPHC Contact Form (Non-competing Continuation (NCC) Progress Reports (e.g., BPR) > National Training and Technical Assistance Partners or State and Regional Primary Care Associations).

Advance Community Health in Raleigh, North Carolina, hosted its 4th annual End of Summer Block Party during National Health Center Week in August. The event included food trucks, inflatables, face painting, a DJ, a laptop raffle, and a giveaway of 500 free backpacks and school supply packs.

New Funding Available for Rural Health Care Services Outreach Program
The Rural Health Care Services Outreach Program (Outreach) is open and accepting applications for the program’s 4-year period of performance (May 1, 2025-April 30, 2029). HRSA will make up to 50 awards to support rural communities to expand the delivery of health care services. Read more and get applicant TA in HRSA’s December 6 bulletin.
Quarterly 340B Program Registration
Quarterly 340B Program site registration is open from January 1 to 15, 2025. You will be able to register a site that has been verified as implemented and with a site status reflected as “active” in EHBs Form 5B through Friday, February 28, 2025. After that date, the system will close to prepare for the April 1, 2025, start.
Email the 340B Prime Vendor Program or call 888-340-2787 (Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. ET) to register a new site or ask questions. You will need to provide:
- Health center name.
- Site/clinic name.
- Site IDs for all sites.
- HRSA/BPHC grant number.
- Contact name and email.
- Authorizing Official name and email.
The Authorizing Official will receive an email message that the account is unlocked and a registration may be submitted.

Join the National Center for Health in Public Housing (NCHPH) and the National Health Care for the Homeless Council (NHCHC) for a webinar series on evidence-based practices to support tobacco cessation programs. The first webinar will feature data findings for residents in public housing and persons experiencing homelessness and trends in tobacco product usage. The second includes interdisciplinary case examples and practices.

BLUPrInt PrEP Patient Tracker
The Building, Learning, and Understanding Prevention Interventions for HIV (BLUPrInt) website offers data-driven tools and resources to help clinics build or enhance their pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) program. The newest feature is a patient tracker that you can use to track patient appointments, reminder calls, and medication assistance program applications. The National Institute of Mental Health funds this resource.
2024 National HIV/AIDS Strategy Progress Report
Last week, the White House released a report showcasing the collaborative efforts of federal agencies — as well as the steadfast work of partners at the community, state, and tribal levels — and demonstrates our important though incremental progress in ending HIV transmission and improving health outcomes and quality of life for people with HIV.
