Join us for the Customer Experience (CX) Summit on Wednesday, October 16, and Thursday, October 17, at 5600 Fishers Lane in Rockville, MD.
During this summit, we will:
- Innovate and recreate how BPHC thinks about CX.
- Create opportunities for robust, meaningful staff engagement.
- Strengthen ongoing heath center engagement.
We strongly encourage staff to participate in person, as this will be the first opportunity for many staff to connect – or to reconnect – in a long while.
We want to make sure BPHC staff have the best experience during the CX Summit, so we are requesting information to assist us with planning. Please complete the two-minute initial RSVP by Friday, June 14.
