Thank you to all HRSA-supported health centers and their community partners for your efforts! Since our programs launched in December 2021, health centers have received more than 44 million COVID-19 tests and more than 165,500 COVID-19 treatment courses! We appreciate your commitment to ensuring that medically underserved communities can access COVID-19 treatment and supplies.
As you may have heard during the recent Today with Macrae*, with the transition of COVID-19 therapeutics to the commercial market, HRSA management of the COVID-19 therapeutics and testing supply ordering will end on Saturday, March 16. After that date, the HHS Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) will manage ordering through the Health Partner Order Portal (HPOP). Health centers participating in the Testing Supply Program or the Therapeutics Program can continue using HPOP to order no-cost COVID-19 testing supplies and free antivirals (Paxlovid and Lagevrio) until the federal supply of these products is depleted. The next section of this bulletin includes guidance for those health centers.

Current COVID-19 Response Program Participants
As you are aware, enrollment in HRSA's COVID-19 programs ended on Friday, January 26. For those enrolled or who submitted a ticket to enroll in these programs by that date, you do not need to do anything right now.
There are also no changes to the ordering and reporting deadlines:

HRSA COVID-19 Testing Supply Program
- Submit orders on Mondays, by 11:59 p.m., local time

HRSA Health Center COVID-19 Therapeutics Program
- Submit orders on Tuesdays, by 11:59 p.m., local time
- Report stock on hand and wastage twice per month: on the 15th and the last day.

As a reminder, health centers cannot charge patients for any product ordered at no cost from the U.S. Government (USG) and must dispense USG-procured COVID-19 testing supplies and therapeutics regardless of the recipient’s coverage status or ability to pay.
Please continue submitting the Health Center COVID-19 survey if you have supply on hand that you received through these programs. Also, the survey remains a requirement for health centers using HRSA COVID-19 Bridge funds and Expanding COVID-19 Vaccination (ECV) funds (if you received a project period extension for ECV).
