As a follow-up to today’s broadcast communication (PDF) from the HRSA Broadcast Center, DWM wanted to provide you with additional information regarding the HRSA workplace space policy implementation for bargaining unit employees.
If you work on-site at 5600 Fishers Lane fewer than six days per pay period:
- Remove your personal belongings from your currently assigned workspace no later than Friday, February 16. If you have an approved fixed reasonable accommodation through HRSA’s Office of Civil Rights, Diversity, and Inclusion, you are not required to move at this time. HRSA is working to ensure that fixed accommodations can be met in the hoteling program.
- Each workstation will have a copy of the BPHC Employee Move Checkout Checklist. This document provides information on what should remain in your space, what to do with extra supplies, where large trash bins/shredders are located, where to request boxes, and more. If there are paper files you need to keep, ask your supervisor about the best location to do so.
- When all personal belongings have been cleared from your space, complete the checklist and drop the form at 16W05B. Once received, our team will transition the space to the HRSA Hoteling Program.
- After you vacate your space, begin using HRSA Workspace Manager to reserve a hoteling workspace for the days you are on-site. Remember to only reserve space within BPHC’s footprint: 16N, 16W, or 17N. We are working to have supplies available at hoteling spaces and dry erase signage so staff can identify their locations and easily find each other on in-office days.
- If you want to keep a dedicated workspace, you can update your Workplace Flexibilities Agreement to be on-site at least six days per pay period. Discuss with your supervisor and ensure your agreement is updated no later than Friday, February 16.
- HRSA Regional Office staff should continue using existing workspaces until further notice.
If you work on-site at 5600 Fishers Lane six days or more per pay period:
- No action is needed. You will keep your dedicated workspace.
- If you do not currently have an assigned workspace, DWM will reach out to you in coming weeks to assign you one.
- Ensure you adhere to your work schedule (including the number of on-site days) as approved in your Workplace Flexibilities Agreement.
Contact BPHCFacilities@hrsa.gov if you have any questions or concerns. The DWM Facilities and Logistics Team will be on-site starting Monday, February 5, to assist with any issues that may arise.
