ECV Award: Final Reporting Will Be Available March 1
Health centers using ECV funding must submit a final program report to us by Saturday, March 30. (If you received a project period extension, your deadline will be extended accordingly. The final report is due 90 days after the project period end date.) The report will be available in HRSA’s Electronic Handbooks beginning Friday, March 1.
We will soon share technical assistance (TA) resources on the ECV TA webpage to help you understand what is expected in this report. We will also hold a TA session so you can get answers. Look for announcements about these resources and opportunities in future Digest issues.
If your health center needs more time to complete approved ECV award activities, contact your Grants Management Specialist or Investment Oversight Advisor as soon as possible.
ONE MONTH LEFT: National Survey of FQHCs
The deadline for participating in The Commonwealth Fund’s (CWF) survey of FQHCs is Wednesday, February 28. Social Science Research Solutions, who is administering the survey on CWF’s behalf, sent packets by FedEx last fall. These contained the survey, instructions, and a check for $125 to thank your health center for participating.
If you prefer to complete the survey online, visit CWF’s website and use the passcode from the packet. Hope Wilson at CWF can assist if you need your passcode or have technical questions. Contact her by phone (800-633-1986, Ext. 4325) or email.
CWF will share survey results with us and the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC). They will also share publications and reports with relevant federal and congressional policymakers, particularly results related to funding and other policy issues.
