Congratulations to health centers that earned Community Health Quality Recognition (CHQR) badges this year! Read HHS’ announcement.
We base CHQR badges on the prior year’s Uniform Data System (UDS) data. View the CHQR Dashboard or the Health Center Program UDS Data webpages to see if your health center received a badge based on your 2022 UDS data.
CHQR badges recognize health centers that have made notable achievements in access, quality, health equity, health information technology, and COVID-19 public health emergency response.
The new National Quality Leader (NQL) – Cancer Screening badge supports the Biden-Harris Administration's Cancer Moonshot Initiative and call to action on cancer screening, which strives to ensure all patients benefit equitably from tools to prevent, detect, and diagnose cancer. The NQL – Cancer Screening badge recognizes top-performing health centers in breast, cervical, and colorectal cancer screenings.
You can request high-resolution badge images via the BPHC Contact Form (Uniform Data System (UDS) > Community Health Quality Recognition (CHQR) Badges > Requesting a CHQR badge image or certificate). We expect to mail certificates to NQLs and Health Center Quality Leaders later this year.
