HRSA Administrator Carole Johnson joined Senator Tammy Duckworth (D-IL) and Rep. Robin Kelly (IL-02) for a Maternal Outcomes Matter Showers (M.O.M.S.) Tour event and roundtable in Chicago last weekend, greeting visiting moms and kids at Corliss High School on the city’s south side. The M.O.M.S. Tour is a cross-HHS campaign calling for better health services to America's pregnant mothers, their babies and families in underserved cities and counties nationwide.

To improve maternal health, HRSA funds health centers, and programs such as Healthy Start, Home Visiting and the 24/7 National Maternal Mental Health Hotline for moms who may need support during or after pregnancy, and their loved ones: 1-833-TLC-MAMA (1-833-852-6262).
