Good Morning BPHC Staff:
We are excited to share that BPHC has established a BPHC-wide Technical Assistance (TA) Coordination Initiative & Framework and is launching a newly formed BPHC-wide TA Coordination Council in early January 2023. The purpose of the BPHC-wide TA Coordination Initiative is to provide a collaborative model for how BPHC coordinates and delivers internal and external TA today and into the future. The Council will also advance the development, coordination, delivery, and collection of TA data, impact, and success stories for our internal and external partners. We are excited to see how the TA Coordination Council supports BPHC going forward to create high-performing awardees and tailor TA to help awardees improve, in concert with the overall BPHC re-organization goals.
Look for more information from your office director and BPHC leadership about the goals of the Council, participation requirements, and the meeting schedule.
In addition, we are hosting several learning sessions to share more about the BPHC-wide TA Coordination Initiative, and the vital role of the Coordination Council. These sessions will highlight the new TA framework, the TA Resources and Outcomes data collection criteria and TA decision triage process, the value to BPHC and health centers, and how to be a part of the new TA movement. We welcome all staff to attend one of the sessions listed below. Yesterday you received invites in your mailbox for these sessions.
- Learning Hour Session 1 – Wednesday, December 14, 11:00 a.m.-noon ET
- Learning Hour Session 2 – Thursday, December 15, 3:30-4:30 p.m. ET
