New Path to Access Policy Portal
Did you know that the Policy Portal is fully integrated with the BPHC Contact Form? To use it, you need a Salesforce license. To get a Salesforce license, go to the Technical Support section of the Contact Form and select “Salesforce Account Creation – BPHC Staff Only" and complete the request.
As a reminder, the Policy Portal is an internal, BPHC-only resource to submit policy-related inquiries and is staffed by OPPD’s Policy Liaison team. For more information, tune in to the October 18 BPHC All-Hands for Susan Hagler’s presentation.
To submit a Policy Portal ticket, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the BPHC Contact Form.
- Log in with your PIV card (login button is located in the top right corner of the screen).
- Go to the Policy Section and select “Policy Portal.”
- Complete the form and submit.

Encourage Health Centers to Register for Uniform Data System Reporting State-Based Training
HRSA is hosting virtual and in-person Uniform Data System (UDS) technical assistance trainings nationwide with Primary Care Associations through the end of the year. BPHC staff should encourage health center stakeholders who submit UDS data to attend.
|
Submit UDS Data Inquiries via BPHC Contact Form
OQI’s Data and Evaluation unit, which responds to UDS data requests, is retiring the OQI Data inbox for standard BPHC staff requests.
If you have a request now or in the future, submit it through the BPHC Contact Form. Choose the “Uniform Data System (UDS)" category, and then select “UDS Data Request.” Include the due date and any relevant details in your request message.
Check the UDS Data Resources page for quick reference guides, trainings, and other materials designed to help you access and use UDS data.
