HRSA HIV/AIDS Bureau Update Special Bulletin on MPx
The Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) shares the following monkeypox (MPx) updates with our Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) recipients, subrecipients, national partners, and federal colleagues.
HRSA Monkeypox Vaccine Distribution Initiative – Vaccine Distribution to Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part C Dually Funded Health Center Program Recipients
HRSA has received an allotment of the JYNNEOS vaccine for MPx for rapid distribution to RWHAP recipients. HRSA was identified as a distribution point due to the health care services we support for individuals living with HIV and the large number of uninsured and underinsured patients seen in dually funded RWHAP and Health Center Programs.
To expedite the dispensing of the JYNNEOS vaccine, HRSA will provide the vaccine to RWHAP Part C dually funded Health Center Program providers that care for a significant number of men who have sex with men and transgender persons. The identified providers already have access to the Health Partner Ordering Portal, which will aid in quickly getting the vaccine to clients.

Reminder: The Virtual 2022 National Ryan White Conference Starts Tomorrow
The virtual 2022 National Ryan White Conference on HIV Care & Treatment (2022 NRWC) begins tomorrow, August 23. The first wave of pre-conference emails and information were sent from the 2022 NRWC email address admin@ryanwhiteconference.org. If you are registered, you should have received a notification about your pending virtual conference platform instructions from mobilesolutions@chime.live. This includes your login and password for the Chime virtual platform. The email also has links to download the 2022 NRWC Attendee Guidebook and full Program Book.
