Later this month, key BPHC staff will be at the National Association for Community Health Centers (NACHC) Community Health Institute (CHI) and EXPO. We invite those who are attending in-person to sign up to join our office hours and listening sessions. These are opportunities to connect with BPHC about specific Health Center Program topics, ask questions, and provide us feedback.

Office hour: A deep discussion around a specific topic(s). Includes time to directly address participant questions.

Listening session: A facilitated, interactive discussion to collect information about participants’ experience with various processes or engagements.
We are committed to improving our customers’ experiences, and want to hear directly from our customers and partners to inform our work. If you are not attending the NACHC CHI conference, or if you miss these in-person sessions, don’t worry! We’ll share additional feedback opportunities, including virtual options, in the coming weeks.
