Deadline Reminder: Service Area Competition Applications for January, February, and March 1 Starts Service Area Competition (SAC) HRSA-23-018 applications for January 1 starts are due in HRSA’s Electronic Handbooks (EHBs) by 5:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, August 11.
SAC HRSA-23-019 applications for February 1 starts are due in EHBs by 5:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, August 17.

2022 UDS Reporting TA Beginning in September, HRSA will host a series of 90-minute TA webinars to support 2022 UDS reporting.
We encourage health center staff responsible for preparing UDS data report submissions to attend. You will gain information and resources that support complete, accurate, and timely submission of your UDS reports.

Pharmacies at Health Centers: Operations and Models These resources outline how to implement or grow pharmaceutical operations in health centers. Both specifically address the 340B Drug Discount Program.
The National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) produced both resources. NACHC is a HRSA-funded National Training and Technical Assistance Partner (NTTAP).

Provider Relief Fund Reporting Portal Open The Provider Relief Fund (PRF) Reporting Portal is open for Reporting Period 3. Providers who received one or more PRF payment exceeding $10,000, in the aggregate, during the third Payment Received Period must report on their use of funds no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on Friday, September 30. Consider submitting your application for CDC’s 2022 Million Hearts Hypertension Control Challenge. Applicants must have achieved hypertension control rates of at least 80% for a 12-month period. The website includes rules and eligibility requirements.

Best Practices for Adapting to the Remote and Hybrid Workforce in Team-Based Care Telehealth and remote work are going to continue to be a “way of life” even after the pandemic is over. This newly released publication provides health center leadership with ideas and best practices on how to adapt policies and procedures for a remote and hybrid workforce. The Association of Clinicians for the Underserved’s (ACU) STAR2 Center and the Health Information Technology, Evaluation, and Quality (HITEQ) Center (both HRSA-funded NTTAPs) collaborated on this publication.
