Deadline: Oct. 26 — $25.5 Billion in COVID-19 Provider Relief Funding

Until October 26, 2021 the application is still open for both Provider Relief Fund (PRF) Phase 4 and American Rescue Plan (ARP) Rural payments. PRF Phase 4 is open to a broad range of providers who have been impacted by COVID-19. ARP Rural is open to Medicare, Medicaid, or the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) providers who serve rural patients. You may be eligible if you deliver health care, services, and/or support in a medical setting, at home, or in the community.

The application will close on October 26, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. ET.  Your application must undergo a number of validation checks before you can submit your financial information, so begin your application as soon as possible to avoid missing the deadline to apply.
