Four of the nation’s largest child care providers are offering free child care to all parents and caregivers getting vaccinated or recovering from vaccination from now until Sunday, July 4.
- KinderCare and Learning Care Group locations across the country will offer free, drop-in appointments to any parent or caregiver who needs support to get vaccinated or recover from vaccination.
- More than 500 YMCAs in nearly every state will offer drop-in care during vaccination appointments.
- Bright Horizons will provide free child care for 10 million workers employed at participating organizations to get their vaccination or recover from the side effects.
- HHS is encouraging all states to use the American Rescue Plan’s child care funding to offer local or home-based child care providers the financial flexibility they need to join this effort and support vaccination.
Here are flyers you can use to inform your patients about this incentive: English and Spanish.
Patients can visit Vaccines.gov's incentives website to find out how to engage these services. Note that website also lists other vaccination incentives.
As a reminder, vaccines are FREE and available to everyone, regardless of immigration or insurance status.
