As part of our continuous improvement efforts, we evaluated the surveys we field related to COVID-19. We will make some changes to the frequency of the Health Center and Look-Alike COVID-19 Survey, including the addendum for Health Center COVID-19 Vaccine Program participants, and the Primary Care Association (PCA) Survey.
Health Center and Look-Alike COVID-19 Survey, including Addendum
Beginning on Friday, July 2, the survey will become biweekly—meaning that you will receive it every two weeks instead of every week. You’ll receive a survey on Friday, July 2, but then not again until Friday, July 16.
Beginning with the July 16 survey, you will be asked to report two weeks of data in each survey. For example, the July 16 survey will cover Saturday, July 3-Friday, July 16.
As a reminder, Health Center COVID-19 Vaccine Program participants are required to complete this survey, including the addendum.
PCA Survey
We will skip the survey on Wednesday, June 30.
We will discontinue the PCA survey in August. The Wednesday, July 14, survey will be the final, routine survey. Should the need arise to collect additional information about COVID‐19 emergency response efforts in the future, HRSA may put out an ad hoc survey.
