HRSA's Office of Regional Operations Region 10, hosted a webcast on the sharp rise of Alcohol purchases nationwide during COVID-19 pandemic. The increase -- as much as 45 percent in the eastern states alone -- a likely has contributed to increased behavioral health issues and the need for primary care services.
