HRSA to Promote Covid Vaccine Equity

To ensure the nation's underserved communities and those disproportionately affected by COVID-19 are equitably vaccinated against COVID-19, HRSA and the CDC are launching a program to directly allocate a limited supply of vaccine to select HRSA-funded health centers starting the week of February 15.

COVID-19 Vaccine Forum

Register now for a virtual national forum on promoting public knowledge and trust in the COVID-19 vaccine process. The CDC forum is from Feb. 22-24 and features leading experts in the field, including Acting HRSA Administrator Diana Espinosa and Jim Macrae, Associate Administrator of HRSA’s Bureau of Primary Health Care.

Research Review

HRSA Senior Advisor Sabrina Matoff-Stepp co-authored a publication examining pregnancy-associated deaths (pdf) and the intersection with intimate partner violence, published in the February 2021 Journal of Women’s Health Special Issue: Maternal Morbidity and Mortality.
