COVID-19 Survey Changes
Later today, you’ll receive an email with this week’s COVID-19 survey. We’ve made a minor update to one question and adjusted the survey deadline.
- Question update: The next-to-last question in the survey asks about your PPE supply. We understand that health centers are concerned about PPE supplies in the near, not just immediate, future. So we’ve updated this question to ask, “How long will your health center have an adequate supply of PPE (e.g., masks, gloves, gowns, etc.) to serve your patients?” See a preview of the updated survey and a Quick Reference Guide that further explains the data we’re collecting.
- Adjusted survey deadline: The deadline is now 11:59 p.m. your local time. We’ve made this change in response to your feedback and to make it easier for respondents in all time zones.
- For this week, we have also extended the deadline to accommodate the Labor Day holiday. You have until 11:59 p.m. your local time on Wednesday, September 9, to complete the survey.

The comment period is open only until 11:59 p.m. ET TODAY. Health centers are on the frontlines of this pandemic. Your perspective is invaluable and we strongly encourage you to take the time to share your feedback!
