Happy Independence Day

HRSA Administrator Thomas Engels

As Independence Day approaches, I want to express my thanks to you for the vital role you play in helping to keep American families healthy.

This year has presented many challenges, and I'm inspired by the way you have risen to meet those challenges. I'm proud to be working together with you to ensure our nation's health and safety.

As you know, we have been providing program-specific COVID-19 information on HRSA's websites, but today I want to let you know that we've rolled out a new search feature specifically for HRSA's COVID-19 information. This search tool will make it much easier to get your COVID-19-specific questions answered.

Thank you for your tireless efforts in responding to COVID-19. I know we still have much work ahead of us but I hope you take a few moments this Independence Day to reflect on the great work you've accomplished.

Happy Independence Day!

Thank you,
Tom Engels
HRSA Administrator

Thank you to our partners and friends who have engaged in HRSA’s #WellChildWednesdays campaign—built in response to fewer children receiving timely immunizations this year compared to last year. What a success we have already achieved with you. With over a hundred thousand impressions and hundreds of likes, retweets, and shares, we are promoting a message that inspires action.

The campaign is running three more weeks, promoting well-child visits through messages about immunizations, mental health, nutrition, adolescent and young adult care, and safety through our Twitter and Facebook channels. Follow, share, retweet, and promote the hashtag #WellChildWednesdays.
