Each week we send you an email that includes a link to the survey. Due to technical issues, some of you received the email for last week’s survey later than expected. We hope to avoid such delays in the future, but want to share this information should that happen again:
The link for the survey is actually the same every week. So, although we’ll continue to send weekly emails, you do not have to wait for the email to begin the survey! You can use that link to quickly access the survey during the open period (Fridays beginning at 5:00 p.m. ET-Tuesdays at 11:59 p.m. ET).
It’s important to remember the timeframe for the survey. Each Friday’s survey is asking about your health center’s experience ONLY for the time period beginning the prior Saturday through that Friday. So, for example, today’s survey covers Saturday, June 6, through today—Friday, June 12.
We are so grateful to the health centers and look-alikes that complete these weekly surveys! Your insights are valuable in helping us track health center capacity and COVID-19’s impact on health center operations, patients, and staff. Your input also helps us better understand training and technical assistance, funding, and other health center resource needs.
As a reminder, we created a User Guide to assist you in completing the survey. If you have questions, please contact Health Center Program Support online. Select “Coronavirus Inquiries (COVID-19)” as the issue type—the third option on the “Health Center or EHBs Question” screen.
