Clarification for the State and Regional PCA Cooperative Agreements NOFO HRSA issued a clarification (select the Related Documents tab in Grants.gov) for the State and Regional PCA cooperative agreements Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) (HRSA-20-021). The clarification addresses two topics:
- The location of the Health Center Resource Clearinghouse, referenced in Section 1.2 and in the footnote on page 4.
- The denominators for Objectives E1-E3 may focus only on the number of existing health centers in the state or region (located in Appendix B, page 35).
Modification for the NTTAP Cooperative Agreements NOFO HRSA modified the NTTAP cooperative agreements NOFO (HRSA-20-022). It now clarifies that the National Training and Technical Assistance (T/TA) Center NTTAP (initially referred to on page 4 in the NOFO) must coordinate and conduct a national health center T/TA needs assessment once per project period. See modifications to pages 4 and 43 in the NOFO.

Informing Local Health Department and Health Center Partnerships: Creative Collaborations Strengthen Tuberculosis Care in Three Communities Tuberculosis (TB) remains a leading cause of preventable infectious disease deaths worldwide. Eliminating TB is a national public health goal in the U.S. While the number of reported cases in the U.S. is decreasing, the pace of decline has been slowing, and current strategies must evolve to achieve TB elimination in this century. A new report from the National Association of County & City Health Officials (NACCHO), a HRSA-funded NCA, explores three communities at the forefront of innovative care. Health centers and public health departments are creating vital partnerships to meet people where they live to advance TB prevention and treatment. Register for a free account to download a copy from the NACCHO bookstore.
