When your health center is impacted by an emergency event, your PCA will contact you and we ask that you be prepared to report site-level operational status as soon as you are able.

National Minority Donor Awareness Week
As of June, nearly 60 percent of the more than 113,000 people on the national transplant waiting list are ethnic minorities. Everyone waiting for a transplant has a better chance if we all sign up to be donors. Last year, more than 36,500 people, including over 16,000 ethnic minorities, received the gift of life thanks to the people who said “yes” to organ donation.
National Minority Donor Awareness Week, observed during the first week of August, heightens awareness of the need for donation and transplantation in minority communities. Visit us online (Spanish language site) to learn more.
