Women often show compassion for those around them, but that can sometimes mean neglecting their own health. Remind the women you are close with to take care of themselves. Share the phrase "You First" with at least one woman in your life as encouragement to pay attention to her health.

We'll discuss back pain and the importance of taking good care of your back. We will also discuss several tips for building and maintaining a healthy core.

Cancer Prevention Awareness

We've all heard of cancer — some of us have had cancer, some of us are caring for people who are battling cancer, some of us have loved ones who've lost that battle. We are all interested in learning ways to prevent cancer. The truth is, there's no sure way to prevent cancer, but there are things you can do to reduce your chances of developing cancer. In this class we'll briefly review what cancer is, some facts about cancer in the U.S., and several behaviors we can take to lower our cancer risk.
