This three-week individual activity challenge encourages you to have fun with fitness and participate in short bursts of physical activity throughout the day. Weekly updates will be posted on the website.

There are different types of pain, numerous causes of pain, and many effects of pain. Together we will review common treatments to manage chronic pain — from improving communication with your healthcare team to relieving pain — including complementary approaches and tips for coping.

Come get a refresher on the great reasons to eat more fruits and veggies and how much we should consume daily. We will also share tips on how to stretch your budget to allow for more fruits and veggies, which ones are in season now, how to store them, and how to make them more appealing to picky eaters.
