Have You Earned Your Checkmark?
One week into FEVS season and OCFO is off to a great start. As of Monday, May 20th, our office has reached a 26% response rate, the highest at GSA.
If you haven't had a chance to share your opinions and perceptions with leadership, then take a few minutes to complete the FEVS today. Your responses are confidential and help make GSA a better place for employees and for everyone we serve. The deadline for participation is June 28th.

New! OCFO Nationals Outing on Monday, July 8th
Join your D.C.-area OCFO colleagues for a Nationals game on Monday, July 8th at 4:05 p.m. The Nats will be playing the St. Louis Cardinals, and tickets should be $16.
Evan Farley has set up a spreadsheet where you can sign up to attend. Add your name, number of tickets, and office to the spreadsheet. If you intend to use the Ballpark app, also include your email address.
What is the Ballpark app you ask? Nationals Park only uses digital tickets and these tickets will be distributed to Evan electronically. You will have two ways to gain access to the park. First, if you have an MLB account and use the Ballpark app, Evan will forward your ticket(s) to the email address associated with the MLB account. This allows you to enter the park at your leisure using a ticket on your phone. If you don't have an account, Evan will set up a time before first pitch for the group to meet at a designated spot and will admit non-Ballpark users one by one.
Please sign up by Tuesday, May 28th. If your name is on the list as of that date, Evan will purchase your ticket(s). If you ultimately can't use the ticket(s), you will still be responsible for the cost (you are, of course, free to pass the ticket to a colleague or contact Evan to help find an OCFO buyer). Venmo or PayPal are the preferred methods of payment (details to follow for those who sign up).
FYI: The stadium bag policy is very restrictive. The Nats require clear bags for any bag larger than a clutch.

Shout out to Jae Seo (BGR)!
Shout out to BGR's Jae Seo (process optimization lead and developer) for his vision, tenacity, and drive on building an internal Process Optimization & Automation Program automation allowing the entire PO&A division to deliver on 180+ idea submission discussions, 100% of which were optimized, while eliminating 2% of work submitted, and automating 36% of Ideas submitted in the pipeline (delivering on the EOA initiative).
Not only does Jae improve our project delivery effectiveness and times through program O&M, but also spends his work hours delivering individual customer projects across GSA, as well! Jae's ability to see our needs, resolve internal process flow gaps, and continue to deliver on customer engagements is a testament to the talent, skills, and experience he brings to the Process Optimization & Automation Program and to the overall performance improvement mission in OCFO!
