Install Owl software update immediately

All Owl Custodians must install a software update to OWL devices to remain compliant. Please update your Owl device to the latest software version (6.3.10.25). 

✅ What you need to do: 

• Follow these instructions to install the update.  
• If you need immediate assistance, email the IT Service desk or call 1-866-450-5250.

❗ Important information: 

• You must complete the update to continue using the Owl device. 
• The update can take up to an hour to complete.
• Meeting Owls are not allowed on the GSA network. Connect the Owl device to GSA Guest Wi-Fi, or use cellular data service via your smartphone to complete the update.
