Shout out to Larry Young (BIA), Michael Kelty (BIA), James Geoghegan (BB), and Vivi Tran-Chu (BIC)!
Big SHOUT OUT to Larry Young and Michael Kelty for demonstrating both innovation and determination in developing a GSA IT Contracts Toolkit for the deputy administrator! The toolkit will help inform IT acquisition strategies and 5-year budgets, and generally promote a consistent understanding of GSA's IT contracts. This toolkit could not have happened without the awesome support of James Geoghegan (BB) and Vivi Tran-Chu (BIC), who both helped unlock available data.

Shout out to Izzy Metzger (BIA)!
Shout out to Izzy Metzger for her outstanding work analyzing the public's experience using the Department of Labor's CareerOneStop service. By applying artificial intelligence and advanced statistical techniques to survey, email, chatbot, and query data, Izzy was able to uncover new insights on how users are interacting with the service, and the information and support needs of job seekers, students, and businesses. The Department of Labor is planning to leverage these insights as it redesigns and improves the service, and more importantly, use the analytics tools to continuously monitor the reactions of users to service changes. Other agencies can likewise listen more closely to the needs of their customers by using the open-source analytics tools that Izzy will be posting publicly on GitHub. Way to be an innovator in the CX and AI spaces, Izzy!
