Save Your Old Emails by October 1st!
Federal regulations require that GSA email and attachments older than seven years be deleted at the start of each fiscal year. All GSA emails from October 2016 or earlier will be deleted on October 1st.
Have older messages you want to view after October 1st? Use the email-to-pdf tool to convert them into PDFs. Need a review of how it works? Visit the GSA email management page on InSite.
