New! COOP and Records Management
The National Archives and Records Administration just posted information on how to deal with disasters concerning agency records on their Records Express Blog. Of immediate concern is the 2023 Atlantic hurricane season, which began June 1st and runs through November 30th.
How to deal with records recovery, records emergency disposal, and information security: https://www.archives.gov/records-mgmt/vital-records/disaster-pocs.html
Other emergency-related resources you should be familiar with are FEMA.gov and GSA’s Emergency Support Website, which provides information on emergency assistance for facilities, damaged vehicles, and more and includes GSA hotlines. The GSA Emergency Support website also provides information on contracting for emergency services.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact Les.Painter@gsa.gov.
Every week we will feature OCFO colleagues who have been recognized by their peers for their great work and character. This is a quick, easy, and fun way to acknowledge and thank one another.
To recognize one (or more) of your peers in the next Week in Review, use the OCFO Shout Outs Google Form.

Shout out to Francesco Dal Molin (BR4R)!
Francesco has gone far above and beyond what OCFO should have to do to assist PBS and the customer agency in how to get logged into G-invoicing and process their documents. I am grateful for the consistent high-level of effort he puts into educating himself on new policies/procedures and helping to raise others to that level of performance.
