New! Wellness Month is Finally Here!
☀️ Wellness Month has begun! Nimisha kicked off Wellness Month on Tuesday and emphasized the importance of prioritizing mental, physical, and emotional health. Beginning this week, the Engagement Team challenges you to take a lunch break outdoors and complete the scavenger hunt anytime before August 17. Since weather is unpredictable, you can participate as your schedule allows. Don’t forget to take a photo – we would love to see what the world looks like in YOUR backyard!
👟 It’s Fitness Friday! After a busy week, Fridays can be challenging; we are ready for the weekend to begin! Each Friday in August we will share two external video links that will get your heart pumping or encourage stretching, so take a moment and refocus to make it through your Friday. This week’s workout video is full body, but each week will be different.
