Time's Running Out to Sign Up to See a Game with Your Colleagues at Nats Park ⚾
OCFO is again hosting a Nationals outing for those in the D.C. area. The game is on Tuesday, August 1st at 7:05 p.m. versus Milwaukee. Tickets should be around $20 (give or take a buck or two).
If you're interested in attending, Evan Farley has set up a spreadsheet where you can add your name, number of tickets, and office. Please add your email address if you intend to use the Ballpark app.
What is the Ballpark app you ask? Nationals Park only uses digital tickets and these tickets will be distributed to Evan electronically. You will have two ways to gain access to the park. First, if you have an MLB account and use the Ballpark app, Evan will forward the ticket to the email address associated with your MLB account. This allows you to enter the park at your leisure using a ticket on your phone. If not, He will arrange a time prior to first pitch where everyone will meet at a designated spot and he will use my phone to admit those without Ballpark one by one.
Please sign up by Monday, July 10th. If your name is on the list as of that date, a ticket will be purchased for you. If you ultimately can't use the ticket, you will still be responsible for the cost (you are, of course, free to pass the ticket to a colleague or contact Evan to help find an OCFO buyer).
Venmo or PayPal are Evan's preferred methods of payment, and details for sending payment will follow for those who sign up.

New! OCFO COOP Quarterly Drill Testing
Thank you to all who continually participate by responding to all messages during our quarterly drills. Your participation has resulted in the following percentage totals, which surpassed last fiscal year:
Testing messages is an important part of readiness for OCFO and, ultimately, GSA. The following is a copy of a National Alert and Accountability System (NAAS) message you'll receive:
Whenever you receive a message from the National Alert and Accountability System, or NAAS, you only need to click on the link. Your response is automatic when you click the link. Follow-up is optional. If you have any questions, send them to your emergency coordinator at les.painter@gsa.gov.
Every week we will feature OCFO colleagues who have been recognized by their peers for their great work and character. This is a quick, easy, and fun way to acknowledge and thank one another.
To recognize one (or more) of your peers in the next Week in Review, use the OCFO Shout Outs Google Form.

Shout out to Lori McCracken, Angel Ramos, Tiffany Ko, Adam Leyva, and Nyi Nyi Naing (BR3L)!
In preparation for REXUS being down from July 16th to August 7th to support the OASIS transition, the team from Zone 3 Leasing/Revenue/FFO division has developed a national process for BA53 final fund certification to be performed outside the system, if necessary. This would be for situations in which leasing requires fund certification prior to executing a lease document during this timeframe. Shout out and gratitude for the innovation and dedication to Lori McCracken, Angel Ramos, Adam Leyva, Nyi Nyi Naing, and Tiffany Ko!
