New! Mid-year Review Time is Near
When preparing for your mid-year review, follow these steps to ensure you’re ready to discuss your fiscal year accomplishments up to this point and future goals.
- Prepare an optional self-assessment [download], an ideal way to outline your successes and accomplishments. Reference the employee job aid on completing a self-assessment in HR Links.
- Mid-year reviews must be completed by May 31, 2023, in HR Links. The review provides an opportunity for supervisors and employees to discuss performance, review individual and organizational goals, and make any changes to performance plans. You can review the various tools to assist with mid-year conversations on InSite.
If you have questions, please contact your servicing HR office.

Shout out to Eva Daniel (BBFA)!
Shout out to Eva for catching an issue with a period of performance on a contractual services task. Bryan Schillinger commented that her timely and pertinent question resulted in "a material amount of saved effort and avoidance of adverse consequences across multiple offices in FAS....It is likely her inquiry saved a stop-work order from being needed." Thank you, Eva, for your attention to detail, and saving the day!
