New! D2D's New 90-Day Activation Policy
Beginning on Friday, March 31, D2D will be enforcing a 90-Day activation policy on all D2D portal and ancillary tools.
Why the change? The change is part of the security standard outlined in D2D’s authority to operate, and is required by the latest security audit.
What will change? If you do not log into an application every 90 days, your account for that application will be disabled. For GSA.gov users, you will have to submit a D2D Account Reactivation request to regain access.
Going forward, you will receive an email notification if your account is expiring.
What applications are affected by the change? This new policy applies to the following applications:
- Tableau Server Accounts
- Portal Accounts (D2D)
- MicroStrategy, Pentaho, Python

From R07 acquisition project manager:
For almost the past two months AAS has been orchestrating the transfer of Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) requirements from GSA R8 to R7. The DHA MTFs are a high visibility program that has the attention of our Government at the highest levels.
In order to make this transition a success, modifications had to be processed which included adding funding from MIPRs coming in from 15 different locations to cover the transfer of 9 requirements that I was responsible for.
I want to personally say THANK YOU for helping make the transfers a success. I hope I didn't miss anyone, but I know each one of you on this email processed my MIPRs and/or communicated with me throughout the transfer process. Again, thank you!

Shout out to Josh Grannan (BR2F)!
A special shout out to Josh Grannan. Josh is one of the most dedicated employees that I have had the privilege to work with during my 32-year federal career. He always goes above and beyond the call of duty to assist me and others to resolve complex issues. He is a true team player, always working to improve processes, teaching, and offering suggestions. He has a positive attitude, extensive knowledge, and willingness to listen, learn, and share information. He always does a thoroughly detailed analysis when assisting and completing projects. Many, many thanks for his continued support, kindness, and assistance over the years.
