Meet Cody, the Contractor Responsibility & Award Preparation Automation Project
Great news! The Process Optimization and Automation Division launched a pilot of CODY, a contractor responsibility and award preparation automation project, developed with PBS' Office of Acquisition Management. CODY helps GSA employees by automating the very tedious, manual, and long process of compiling, organizing, and matching vendor information, emails, and award information from multiple sources. Read more about CODY and other cool projects on the Process Optimization and Automation Google site.

Shout out to Patrick Donovan, Denisha Quarles, Gopal Regmi, Marvin Hankton, Kelvin Henderson, Chanelle Dumas (all BR4L)!
Thank You, thank you, thank you to each of you!
Patrick and Gopal: for your willingness to assist your colleagues in refresher training and sharing your knowledge with Pathways Interns and new hires within OCFO.
Denisha: I appreciate your knowledge and guidance when the Overtime Utilities (OTU) was implemented on October 1, 2022. The OTU affected the BA53 program funding, which was new to myself and your knowledge and patience for the many questions asked (as you had BA80 experience) was greatly appreciated.
Chanelle, Kelvin and Marvin: your attention to detail and working to validate the project accruals with short deadlines is appreciated. Once the deadline was provided by BGP, you each worked to ensure the revenue accruals were completed by the deadline set by me. You often worked as the expense accruals were being updated on the Google document.
Chanelle and Marvin: you are appreciated by completing the tax accruals timely to meet the deadline established by BGP and myself.
Chanelle, Kelvin and Marvin: you worked to ensure the task was completed by the given deadline, therefore, I was able to sign off on the certification of funds timely for Zone 4.
You all are appreciated individually and collectively for what you do on behalf of Zone 4 - Leasing, Revenue and FFO Division.
Thanks so much!

Shout out to Christine Reinfelds and Linda Sarro (both BR1F)!
Thank you to Christine Reinfelds and Linda Sarro for organizing the BR Z1 leadership meeting in Boston. This was the first time the BR Z1 leadership team has met in person in over 3 years.
In addition, we have met with our Region 1 PBS partners, and had a very productive meeting to discuss FY23 priorities and financial processes. It was a great time to see each other, work together to discuss FY23 strategies, and enhance operational efficiency.
Thank you! Alicia and Erzsebet

Shout out to Christy Coffey (BR3R)!
I would like to recognize Christy for her ongoing efforts involving OTU processes.
Most recently, she provided support to R9 in developing their R9 OTU and Above Standard Services Process Chart and received kudos for her involvement: "Christy is a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable in providing operational guidance. I appreciate her keeping Region 9 on track and in line from a financial perspective. I have heard from several Field Offices that they really appreciate Christy's expertise and patience when they ask questions. She takes the time to help each person out."
Thank you, Christy, for being a super star!

Shout out to Gail Bruss (BGA)!
Gail provided G-Invoicing training to Regions 8, 9, and 10 PBS and OCFO. She tailored the training to the types of orders that these PBS offices will be working on and made excellent slides. She also did a demo in the test system so everyone could see what G-Invoicing looks like. Gail's voice and knowledge shone through the presentation. Her training was well received and very appreciated. Thank you, Gail!
