Agency-wide Town Hall Set for February 9
On February 9, from 2-3 p.m., Eastern, join Administrator Robin Carnahan, Deputy Administrator Katy Kale, and other members of GSA’s senior leadership via Zoom for a virtual agency-wide town hall to celebrate agency successes and discuss priorities for the year ahead.

Mandatory 2023 Refresher Training Now Available
To access your courses and view due dates, go to your GSA Online University transcript and launch the GSA 2023 Mandatory Refresher Training for Employees curriculum.
- Employees who joined GSA in 2022 or earlier are required to complete the assigned 2023 courses by the specified due dates. Up first: IT security and privacy awareness training, which is due on March 10.
- New employees/SES/contractors joining GSA in 2023 will receive different mandatory training curriculums with different due dates.

Carolina does many manual processes and her desk guides can be up to 52 pages long. She is very detailed and thorough making sure all steps are covered and easily understood so if someone else needs to do these tasks. Kudos to her for working through the process and then training backups.
