Reminder: Update Your Telework Agreement
Between now and March 18, employees must update their telework or remote work agreements. OHRM is providing Navigating Telework Agreements in HR Links training, which covers the new GSA Telework and Remote Work Policy and walks employees through how to create and submit telework agreements in HR Links. If you have questions about updating your agreement or the new policy, contact GSA’s Telework Program Manager, Michele Daughtry.
For employees who changed their pay locality since September 2021, you will need to attach an approved Remote Work Analysis Tool to your telework agreement. If you fall within this group, you should've already been contacted by the OCFO front office and given guidance. If you think you are in this group and have not been contacted, please send an email to Nancy Hon or Erik Dorman.

Throughout February, in recognition of Black History Month, the Week in Review will showcase stories of Black employees within OCFO. This week, Georgia Davis-Leggett, Zone 4 Director in the Office of PBS Financial Services, shares hers.
Georgia Davis-Leggett is the Zone 4 Director in the Office of PBS Financial Services. She provides financial leadership to PBS, primarily to the National Capital Region.
Georgia has 25 years of federal service with the federal government, mainly with GSA. Over her tenure, Georgia has served in various financial roles — from a financial management analyst to a budget analyst to Zone 4 Director. Prior to GSA, Georgia was a senior analyst for Pepco, where she was responsible for preparing rate increase cases to D.C. and Maryland Commissioners.
Georgia is a native of North Carolina, where she received her bachelor's degree from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical University. She was recruited by the Department of Commerce as a statistician after graduation. She received her MBA from George Washington University. Georgia also attended the Harvard Kennedy School Executive Program. She and her husband have two sons. She is now very active with her 10-year-old godson.
Georgia is very much into fitness and taught group exercises (cycling, kickboxing, step aerobics, and weight training) for over 20 years. Before the pandemic hit, Georgia was a basketball coach for children under 7 years old. She is an active member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.
What does Black History Month mean to you?
Black History means legacy, which means that we honor our ancestors who have gone on and celebrate those that are still here. Black history is important because it is not just for the comfort of people of color, it has the ability to enable levels of understanding across races.
What is your favorite mantra or quote?
You didn't come this far to only come this far.
Tell us a fun fact about yourself!
I was a fitness instructor until the pandemic began. Now, I am just attending virtual workout classes as a participant, and I did not know how much fun it was to just participate. No stress in having to come up with fun routines. I don't think I will teach again! Just kidding; I really loved working as a fitness instructor and hope to pick it up when it’s safer to do it in person.
